For me yoga is a practice of presence and an exploration of the body using breath, meditation, asanas and senses. Instead of shaping the form of the body I aim to journey towards a state of presence and true consciousness with kindness, acceptance and curiosity.
I started off my yoga journey at the end of the year 2013 when I started my journey of healing from severe childhood trauma, which I had carried on and repeated all my adult life with violent relationships and all other forms of self harm, including substance abuse. I went to rehab and got my first spark for yoga and mindfulness practices
